eXp Mentor Program

Welcome! The Mentor Program provides newly licensed agents or agents needing some additional support with a partner and a path to gain the fundamental knowledge needed to start and build a successful real estate career.

Each new mentee is paired with a knowledgeable, experienced agent who has been certified through the Mentor Program. Mentees complete a certain number of transactions under the guidance of their Mentor and additionally have exclusive access to the GO! Curriculum--a dynamic, progressive training experience designed to cover essential real estate fundamentals, sales strategies, lead management techniques, contracts, and cutting-edge marketing tactics.
